Welcome to the ShubhaSur Creations Music Library. By purchasing a membership, downloading, or using any music from the Library, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. License Grant
Your membership gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use music downloaded from the Library in accordance with these terms.
All music remains the copyrighted property of ShubhaSur Creations.
2. One Membership = One Brand
Each membership is valid for one individual, brand, company, channel, organization, or project owner only.
Music downloaded under a membership may be used only by the registered member and their associated brand, company, channel, or organization.
The license cannot be shared, transferred, resold, or used by multiple brands, clients, companies, or organizations under a single membership.
If music is required for additional brands, companies, or clients, separate memberships or licenses must be obtained.
3. Permitted Uses
Music downloaded during an active membership may be used in:
- YouTube videos
- Podcasts
- Corporate presentations
- Advertisements
- Social media content
- Films and documentaries
- Events and creative projects
- Other commercial and non-commercial productions
Projects created using downloaded music remain licensed even if the membership later expires.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the music files.
- Upload tracks to music libraries, marketplaces, or distribution platforms.
- Claim ownership or copyright of the music.
- Create derivative music products using the tracks.
- Sample, remix, separate stems, or create new music from the tracks.
- Use the music in illegal, defamatory, hateful, or offensive content.
5. Payment and Downloads
All membership fees and purchases are non-refundable.
Upon successful payment, members will receive access to the Music Library and may download tracks according to their membership plan.
Members are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies of downloaded files.
6. Intellectual Property
All music in the Library is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of ShubhaSur Creations.
No ownership rights are transferred to members through purchase or download.
7. Attribution
Attribution is appreciated but not required unless specifically stated for a particular track or license.

8. Termination
ShubhaSur Creations reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any member who violates these terms.
Any unauthorized use of the music may result in license termination and further legal action if necessary.
9. Changes to These Terms
ShubhaSur Creations may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra, India.
