🎧 Licensing Terms – Use Music Freely, Without Worry

1. License Grant

When you buy a music track from ShubhaSur Creations, you receive a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in your creative projects.
Ownership of the music remains with ShubhaSur Creations.

2. What You Can Do (Permitted Uses)

You can use the purchased music in:

  • Podcasts or reels
  • Personal projects
  • Commercial projects (ads, films, apps, client videos)
  • Corporate presentations
  • Websites, vlogs, games, or more

Brand-Specific Usage
Each music track purchase is licensed for use by a single brand only.
You may use the track in unlimited projects, content, or campaigns — but only under the brand name provided at checkout.

Use of the same track for multiple brands (even if owned by the same individual or company) is strictly prohibited. A separate license must be purchased for each brand.

4. Payment & Delivery

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • After successful payment, you’ll receive a download link via email.
  • Please download and back up your files. Links may expire after 7 days (or specify your system).

5. Copyright & Ownership

All music tracks are copyrighted by ShubhaSur Creations and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
You are granted a license to use, not to own the music itself.

6. Giving Credit (Optional but Appreciated)

Credit is not mandatory but always appreciated. You may include:
